A 100% Bumiputera-owned civil engineering and construction group with a 50-year legacy of delivering Malaysia's most iconic infrastructure — from highways and airports to embassies and energy facilities.
Percon Corporation Sdn Bhd — formerly known as Pernas Corporation Sdn Bhd — is a 100% Bumiputera-owned construction and civil engineering company, with government-linked corporations and institutions as its primary clients.
Established in 1971, Percon has earned a global reputation by constructing some of Malaysia's most consequential infrastructure: from its very first intra-urban highway to the nation's main international airport.
In January 2016, KL & Peninsular Assets Sdn Bhd acquired Percon from Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), with a clear vision: to continue and extend Percon's legacy as one of the most respected Bumiputera contractors in Malaysia, anchored in financial discipline, technical excellence, and strong government networks.
From the nation's first intra-urban highway to its main international gateway — Percon's work defines Malaysia's built landscape.
A leadership team combining financial acumen, construction expertise, and deep government networks — built to deliver on Malaysia's most demanding infrastructure mandates.
