Ampang Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH)
Design and construction of an elevated highway from Jalan Sultan Ismail to Jalan Ampang, spanning dual and single-deck sections, an administrative office, toll plaza and tolling systems — plus the grade-separated interchange at Jalan Tun Razak–Jalan Semarak, reconstruction of the Klang River bridge, and river improvement works along the Klang and Ampang Rivers to Jalan Memanda.

Aviation
Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
Designed by Japanese architect Kisho Kurokawa around an "airport in the forest" concept, KLIA was built on 10,000 hectares in Sepang and completed in just four and a half years — one of the fastest large-scale airport builds on record. Its modular terminal grid, sweeping hyperbolic roof canopies, and integrated rainforest landscaping remain a landmark in Malaysian civil and structural engineering.

Highways
Shah Alam Expressway — Package A & B
Also known as KESAS, this 34.5 km dual three-lane expressway (Package A & B) features 12 interchanges and three toll plazas, linking Pandamaran in Klang to Sri Petaling as part of the KL Middle Ring Road 2 Scheme. It forms a vital freight corridor connecting Greater Kuala Lumpur to Port Klang, Malaysia's largest seaport, and has supported the growth of townships including Kota Kemuning.

KL – Seremban Expressway
An 8.1 km stretch of the Kuala Lumpur–Seremban corridor (Route E37), running from the Razak Mansion Interchange to the Sungai Besi Toll Plaza, where it connects into the North–South Expressway Southern Route — a key artery carrying traffic between the capital and Negeri Sembilan.

Rail
Kuantan–Kerteh Railway (Package 1)
77 km, 1,000 mm gauge railway — the only rail line on Malaysia's East Coast, connecting Petronas Kerteh to Kuantan Port.

Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP)
400-hectare campus in Seri Iskandar, Perak — built for Malaysia's premier Petronas technical university, established 1997.

Petronas Fertilizer Kedah (Gurun)
A major integrated industrial facility supporting Malaysia's ammonia and urea fertiliser production. The scope spanned large-scale process facilities, heavy structural works, reinforced concrete foundations and extensive supporting civil works — demanding close coordination across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and process disciplines under strict safety and quality control.

Sports & Leisure
Stadium Malawati Shah Alam
Opened in 1998, this fully air-conditioned indoor arena accommodates roughly 13,000 spectators across a 50m × 50m floor. Built for year-round comfort despite Malaysia's tropical climate, it hosts everything from indoor sporting events and concerts to exhibitions, trade shows and large-scale public gatherings.

Embassy of Malaysia, Washington D.C.
Percon served as design-build contractor, delivering architectural design, civil engineering, construction management and building construction under one integrated scope. Completed and officially opened in May 2002, the embassy blends traditional Malaysian architectural elements with a secure, modern facility compliant with U.S. diplomatic building standards.

Bintulu LNG Terminal Expansion
Construction of the 2nd LNG berth and associated dredging works at Bintulu Port, Sarawak — critical marine infrastructure supporting Malaysia's LNG export operations.

Embassy of Malaysia, Jakarta
Malaysia's largest diplomatic mission abroad — a 5-acre complex in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan comprising the Chancery, a multipurpose hall, mosque and residential quarters, completed in 1993.
